Don’t have an oven? Why should you stop yourself from baking when you have a pressure cooker?   I baked my very first cake in a pressure cooker. When i began experimenting with baking, i had no idea about pressure cooker being so useful. Well, all of us would be having memories of our grandmas and aunts making cakes using sand in a pressure cooker. But, it is not limited to just cakes. You can make pudding, breads and biscuits as well. Though it takes time compared to that of an oven, the results are almost equal to that of an oven (especially cakes).So, we shall put one of the most underrated yet wonderful cooking equipment to good use.
